I offer one-to-one strategy sessions for founders who want straight answers. We cover whatever is most relevant; your marketing, your offer, your positioning, your funnel. You leave with clarity and a concrete plan, not a deck full of recommendations you'll never implement. Available as a standalone or as the starting point for an ongoing relationship.

Marketing strategy that ignores sales, operations and delivery is just wishful thinking. When I sit with a business I look at everything. How leads come in, how they're handled, what the offer actually is, what happens after someone buys. The strategy has to connect all of it or it won't hold.
I work inside your business, not outside it
The same phrase has been used by several clients independently when describing working with me; "extension of our team." That's the only way I know how to do it properly. Strategy isn't something I hand over in a document. It's something we build together and I stay involved in executing.
I give you a direction, not a list of options
Most consultants give you a framework and leave you to figure out what to do with it. I tell you exactly what I'd do, why I'd do it, and in what order. You can take it or leave it but you'll always get a clear recommendation, not a balanced presentation of possibilities.
